- Provide high-quality medical care to pediatric patients in accordance with best practices and standards of care.
- Conduct thorough and accurate medical examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for pediatric patients.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families, providing compassionate and empathetic care.

Medical Degree: A Successful Candidate For The Pediatrician Job At Providence St. Joseph Health Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Residency Training: The Candidate Must Have Completed A Residency Program In Pediatrics And Be Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Pediatrics.
State License: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid And Unrestricted Medical License To Practice In The State Where The Job Is Located.
Pediatric Experience: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Practicing Pediatrician Is Preferred. This Experience Should Include A Variety Of Pediatric Cases And Procedures.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Pediatrician Will Be Working Closely With Children, Their Parents, And Other Healthcare Professionals. The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients Of All Ages And Backgrounds Is Crucial.
