- Provide exceptional pediatric urological care to patients in accordance with best practices and standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians, nurses, and other specialists, to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Utilize the latest technology and techniques to diagnose and treat pediatric urological conditions.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure timely and thorough documentation of patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of protocols and procedures.
- Stay informed of advancements in pediatric urology and incorporate new knowledge into practice.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Continuously monitor patient outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.

- Act as an advocate for pediatric patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Promote a culture of excellence and professionalism within the pediatric urology department.
Board Certification In Pediatric Urology: Candidates Should Have Completed A Residency Program In Urology And Be Board Certified In Pediatric Urology By The American Board Of Urology.
Extensive Experience In Pediatric Urological Procedures: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Performing A Wide Range Of Pediatric Urological Procedures, Including Complex Surgeries, Is Required For This Position.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Pediatric Urological Conditions: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Common Pediatric Urological Conditions, Such As Urinary Tract Infections, Voiding Dysfunction, And Congenital Anomalies.
Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams: As A Part Of Providence St. Joseph Health, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team Of Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide Comprehensive Care To Pediatric Patients.
Excellent Communication And Patient Care Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Communicate With Patients And Their Families. They Should Also Have A Patient-Centered Approach And Be Committed To Providing Compassionate And High-Quality Care To Pediatric Patients.
