- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, making them feel comfortable and at ease.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to patients and their families.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar, ensuring efficient and effective use of time.
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary payments, following established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain patient records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and service.
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
