Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Social Work, Or Public Health.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Advocacy Or Care Coordination Role.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.
Knowledge Of Community Resources And Healthcare Systems, Including Insurance Coverage And Eligibility.
Ability To Navigate And Document Electronic Health Records And Other Relevant Software Programs.
