  1. Coordinate patient care: The primary responsibility of a Patient Care Coordinator is to coordinate and manage the care of patients at Providence St. Joseph Health. This includes scheduling appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers, and ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for patients and their families. Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Care Coordination Role
