- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding palliative care options and resources.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.

- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and treatment plans.
- Serve as a resource and mentor to other healthcare professionals on palliative care.
- Demonstrate empathy and sensitivity when interacting with patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in patient care.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the quality of care provided.
- Attend conferences and workshops to further enhance knowledge and skills in palliative care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Board Certification In Hospice And Palliative Medicine
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Palliative Care Or Hospice Care
