Board Certification: The Candidate Must Be Board Certified In Orthopedic Surgery And Have A Valid License To Practice In The State Of Employment.
Fellowship Training: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Completed A Fellowship In Total Joint Replacement Surgery, Demonstrating Advanced Training And Specialization In This Specific Area.
Extensive Surgical Experience: The Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience As An Orthopedic Surgeon, With A Significant Portion Of That Time Focused On Performing Total Joint Replacement Surgeries.
