- Perform orthopedic surgeries, specifically specializing in total joint replacements, with a high level of skill and expertise.
- Develop treatment plans and provide comprehensive care for patients with orthopedic conditions.
- Stay current on advancements in the field of orthopedic surgery and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and physical therapists, to provide coordinated and effective care for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, explaining procedures and expected outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure the proper use of medical equipment during surgeries.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients.

Medical Degree From An Accredited University: A Qualified Orthopedic Surgeon Must Have Completed A Rigorous Medical Program And Received A Medical Degree From An Accredited University.
Board Certification In Orthopedic Surgery: To Demonstrate Expertise And Proficiency In The Field, A Candidate For An Orthopedic Surgeon - Total Joint Position Should Be Board Certified In Orthopedic Surgery By The American Board Of Orthopedic Surgery (Abos).
Fellowship In Total Joint Replacement: A Fellowship In Total Joint Replacement Is Highly Desirable For This Position, As It Provides Specialized Training And Experience In Complex Procedures And Techniques Related To Joint Replacement.
Relevant Experience In Orthopedic Surgery: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In Orthopedic Surgery, Particularly In The Area Of Total Joint Replacement.
