- Evaluate and treat patients with various physical, mental, and developmental disabilities in order to improve their functionality and quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
- Utilize evidence-based techniques and interventions to address patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities and techniques to continue at home.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research, techniques, and technology in the occupational therapy field.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Adhere to safety and infection control policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
- Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect towards patients and their families, while maintaining professional boundaries.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Occupational Therapy From An Accredited Institution.
Current State Licensure As An Occupational Therapist.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Patients, Families, And A Multidisciplinary Team.
Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices And Ability To Provide Patient-Centered, Holistic Care To Promote Functional Independence And Quality Of Life.
