Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Nursing Manager At Providence St. Joseph Health Should Possess A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or A Related Field. This Qualification Provides A Strong Foundation In Nursing Principles And Prepares Individuals For Leadership Roles.
Active Rn License: The Candidate Should Hold An Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That The Individual Is Qualified To Practice As A Nurse And Is Up To Date With Any State-Specific Regulations.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience: To Be Considered For A Nursing Manager Position, Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Clinical Experience.
