Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Interdisciplinary Teams And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.

  • Master's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Program With A Specialization In Palliative Care Or Hospice Care.

  • Active And Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Nurse Practitioner In A Palliative Care Or Hospice Setting.

  • Certification As An Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Aprn) In Palliative Care Or Hospice From A Recognized Organization Such As The Hospice And Palliative Credentialing Center (Hpcc).
