- Provide mentorship and support to new and experienced nurses in the labor and delivery department.

Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nursing With A Focus On Labor And Delivery.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Labor And Delivery Nurse.
Previous Experience In Teaching, Training, Or Mentoring Students Or New Nurses In A Clinical Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Labor And Delivery Practices, Procedures, And Technologies.
