- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Serve as a key member of the interdisciplinary team, actively participating in treatment planning and decision-making.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide ongoing education and support to patients and families.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and current knowledge of oncology nursing to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their voices are heard.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless and coordinated care experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and best practices in oncology nursing to continuously improve patient care and outcomes.
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional development and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.
Certification In Oncology Nursing (Ocn) Preferred.
Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Hematology Oncology Nursing.
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Provide Patient Education And Support.
