  4. Oversee radiation safety protocols and procedures.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in medical physics and radiation therapy.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to radiation therapy equipment.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies and standards.
  9. Educate and train staff on new technology and procedures.
  10. Participate in research and development projects related to medical physics.
  11. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment plans and any potential risks.
  12. Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and procedures.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of job duties.
  14. Stay current with all necessary certifications and licensing requirements.
  15. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  16. Act as a mentor to junior medical physicists and other healthcare professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Or Doctoral Degree In Medical Physics Or A Related Field.

  • Certification By The American Board Of Radiology In Therapeutic Medical Physics.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Physics, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Radiation Safety Regulations And Protocols.
