- Collect and verify patient information, including personal and insurance details, and update records as necessary.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual, or provide helpful and accurate information to callers.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
- Coordinate patient appointments and ensure proper scheduling to maximize efficiency and minimize wait times.
- Process patient payments and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for patients.
- Collaborate with medical staff and other team members to ensure smooth patient flow and provide exceptional customer service.
- Continuously update knowledge of medical office procedures, policies, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to patients.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and supply inventory, as needed.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Setting
