Medical Assistant (Otolaryngology)

11. Handle patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and compassionate manner.
12. Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
13. Assist with minor office procedures and surgeries.
14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving patient care and workflow.
15. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
16. Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
17. Perform other duties as assigned by physicians or office manager.
