- Manage and oversee the supply chain process for the healthcare organization.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and identify any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their supply needs and develop procurement strategies to meet those needs.
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms for materials and supplies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery of supplies.
- Utilize inventory management software to track and manage inventory levels, orders, and deliveries.
- Create and maintain inventory reports to track usage, costs, and trends.
- Coordinate with finance department to manage budget and control costs related to materials and supplies.
- Train and educate staff on inventory management and supply chain processes.
- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to materials management and procurement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all supply chain activities.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new developments in materials management and procurement.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Materials Management Or Inventory Control.
Strong Understanding Of Medical And Surgical Supplies, Equipment, And Their Uses.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills.
Proficiency In Inventory Management Software And Microsoft Office Suite.
