- Develop and implement product management strategies that align with the overall goals and mission of Providence St. Joseph Health.
- Lead a team of product managers in the development and launch of new healthcare solutions that meet the needs of our communities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay informed of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Establish and manage product timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams, to gather feedback and drive product enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory and compliance requirements related to healthcare products and ensure all products meet necessary standards.
- Train and mentor product management team members to ensure a high level of performance and professional growth.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and improve existing products to meet the evolving needs of our communities.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Market Trends And Customer Needs In The Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching New Products And Managing Product Lifecycles.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Results.
