
Major Accounts Service Representative

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for major clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to major clients.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance and satisfaction to upper management.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with major clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as an advocate for major clients within the organization.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey the value and benefits of our services to major clients.
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets for major accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in a CRM system.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and potential clients within the major accounts segment.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure adherence in all client interactions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services to potential clients.
- Collaborate with other major account service representatives to share best practices and drive overall success for the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Clients.
Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Trends, Regulations, And Reimbursement Models.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing Large Accounts.
