- Provide high-quality care to patients with blood disorders and cancer.
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Administer cellular therapy treatments to patients.
- Monitor and manage patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.

Medical Degree: A Hematologist/Cellular Therapist At Providence St. Joseph Health Must Have A Medical Degree From An Accredited Institution. This Ensures That The Individual Has A Strong Foundation In Medical Knowledge And Training.
Board Certification In Hematology Or Cellular Therapy: Candidates For This Position Should Be Board Certified In Either Hematology Or Cellular Therapy. This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Expertise And Proficiency In The Field.
Experience In Hematologic Malignancies: Providence St. Joseph Health Is A Leading Healthcare Provider For Patients With Hematologic Malignancies. Therefore, Candidates For This Position Should Have Experience In Treating And Managing These Types Of Cancers.
Knowledge Of Cellular Therapy Techniques: As A Cellular Therapist, The Individual Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Cellular Therapy Techniques And Protocols. This Includes Experience With Stem Cell Transplants, Car T-Cell Therapy, And Other Advanced Cellular Therapies.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In Providing Quality Patient Care. A Hematologist/Cellular Therapist At Providence St. Joseph Health Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals And Educate Patients On Their Treatment Options.
