- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in the emergency department.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to assess and prioritize patient needs.
- Administer basic medical treatments and procedures under the direction of licensed healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Assist in the transportation of patients to and from the emergency department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure patient safety and infection control.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide updates and address any questions or concerns.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development to improve skills and knowledge in emergency care.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements, including maintaining patient confidentiality.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Completion Of A Certified Emergency Medical Technician (Emt) Training Program
Current Certification In Basic Life Support (Bls)
Minimum One Year Experience In An Emergency Department Or Trauma Setting
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment
