  1. Coordinate all aspects of Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, including planning, scheduling, and logistics.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, industry partners, and accrediting bodies.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry standards and guidelines for CME programs.
  4. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continually improve and enhance CME offerings.
  5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop educational content and materials.
  6. Manage the accreditation process for CME programs, including submitting applications and maintaining records.
  7. Facilitate the evaluation and feedback process for CME programs to gather data and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate records of CME activities and provide reports as needed.
  9. Oversee budget and expenses related to CME programs.
  10. Promote CME programs through various channels to increase participation and engagement.
  11. Serve as a resource for healthcare professionals regarding CME requirements and opportunities.
  12. Participate in meetings, conferences, and other events related to CME to stay informed and network with industry professionals.
  13. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of CME certificates and documentation to participants.
  14. Continuously seek ways to enhance the quality and effectiveness of CME programs.
  15. Support the overall mission and goals of Providence St. Joseph Health through the successful execution of CME programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Coordinating Continuing Medical Education Programs

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills
