  1. Develop and implement continuing medical education programs in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify educational needs and develop relevant content.
  3. Conduct needs assessments and evaluate effectiveness of current educational programs.
  4. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to source educational materials and resources.
  5. Plan and schedule educational events, including securing venues and managing logistics.
  6. Communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals to promote and encourage participation in educational programs.
  7. Manage and maintain records of attendance, evaluations, and outcomes for all educational activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and guidelines for continuing medical education.
  9. Monitor and manage budget for educational programs, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in continuing medical education to continually improve programs.
  11. Train and supervise support staff and volunteers involved in educational initiatives.
  12. Foster relationships and partnerships with relevant organizations to expand educational opportunities.
  13. Assure proper documentation and reporting to maintain program accreditation.
  14. Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote and market educational programs.
  15. Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for continuing medical education within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Education, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Coordinating Continuing Medical Education Programs.

  • Knowledge Of Accreditation Requirements And Guidelines For Continuing Medical Education.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills.
