1. Provide compassionate care: The primary responsibility of the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Orthopedics department is to provide compassionate care to our patients and their families. This includes understanding their needs, communicating effectively, and providing emotional support.
2. Assist with daily tasks: CNAs in our Orthopedics department will be responsible for assisting patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. They must ensure that patients are comfortable and have everything they need to promote their recovery.
