Active Cna 2 Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Active Cna 2 Certification From An Accredited Program.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1 Year Of Experience As A Cna 2 In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Float Pool Or Similar Role.
Flexibility To Work Varied Shifts: The Cna 2 Float Pool Job Requires The Ability To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, And Holidays.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills Are Essential For A Cna 2 In The Float Pool, As They Will Be Working With Different Teams And Patients On A Daily Basis.
Ability To Adapt To New Environments: Float Pool Cnas Must Be Able To Quickly Adapt To New Environments And Work With Different Teams, As They Will Be Assigned To Different Units Within The Hospital.
