  1. Coordinate and manage clinical research studies: Responsible for overseeing and organizing all aspects of clinical research studies, including coordinating study visits, managing participant recruitment and enrollment, and ensuring compliance with study protocols.
  2. Provide comprehensive care to patients: Responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients participating in clinical research studies, including administering treatments, monitoring patient progress, and addressing any concerns or complications.
  3. Collect and analyze critical data: Responsible for accurately collecting and recording data from study participants, as well as analyzing and interpreting the data to contribute to the overall research findings.
  4. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with a team of researchers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operation of clinical research studies and to provide the best possible care to patients.
  5. Communicate effectively: Maintain clear and open communication with study participants, team members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth flow of information and to address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulations: Ensure that all clinical research activities are conducted in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  7. Contribute to groundbreaking research: Play a vital role in advancing the fight against cancer by contributing to innovative research that has the potential to improve the lives of cancer patients and their families.
  8. Utilize strong clinical skills: Apply extensive knowledge and expertise in oncology to provide the best possible care to study participants and to contribute to the success of clinical research studies.
  9. Demonstrate strong organizational skills: Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain detailed and accurate records to ensure the smooth operation of clinical research studies.
  10. Utilize critical thinking skills: Analyze and interpret complex information, identify problems and potential solutions, and make sound decisions to support the success of clinical research studies.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Or Higher From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Practice.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Oncology Or Cancer Research.

  • Certification In Oncology Nursing (Ocn) Preferred.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Protocols And Procedures, Including Data Collection And Documentation.
