  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for clinical programs in collaboration with executive leadership.
  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of clinical programs, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain program policies, procedures, and protocols.
  5. Manage budget and resources for clinical programs, ensuring financial sustainability and optimal utilization.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into program development and improvement efforts.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to program staff.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the clinical programs.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community partners, and regulatory agencies.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards.
  11. Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators and other staff members.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on program performance, achievements, and challenges.
  13. Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and other events related to clinical programs.
  14. Continuously assess and mitigate potential risks to program success.
  15. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of program management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Program Management, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams.

  • Experience With Project Management, Including Creating And Implementing Program Timelines, Budgets, And Goals.
