• Serve as a liaison between Providence St. Joseph Health and external partners, including healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other stakeholders
• Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners to promote collaboration and cooperation in the delivery of high-quality care
• Work closely with internal departments and teams to identify and address any issues or barriers to effective communication and collaboration
• Act as a representative for Providence St. Joseph Health, promoting our mission and values to external partners and the community
• Use strong clinical knowledge and expertise to provide guidance and support to external partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients
• Actively seek out and develop new partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach and impact of Providence St. Joseph Health
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on partnership activities and progress
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance partnership strategies and approaches
• Participate in relevant meetings, conferences, and events to represent Providence St. Joseph Health and network with potential partners
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of partnership activities and outcomes for reporting and evaluation purposes.
