- Serve as a liaison between Providence St. Joseph Health and external partners, including healthcare facilities, community organizations, and other stakeholders
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners to promote collaboration and cooperation in the delivery of high-quality care
- Work closely with internal departments and teams to identify and address any issues or barriers to effective communication and collaboration
- Act as a representative for Providence St. Joseph Health, promoting our mission and values to external partners and the community
- Use strong clinical knowledge and expertise to provide guidance and support to external partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to patients
- Actively seek out and develop new partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach and impact of Providence St. Joseph Health
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports on partnership activities and progress
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve and enhance partnership strategies and approaches
- Participate in relevant meetings, conferences, and events to represent Providence St. Joseph Health and network with potential partners
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of partnership activities and outcomes for reporting and evaluation purposes.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3 Years Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting
Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Hospital Operations
Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Customer Service Skills
Experience With Case Management, Discharge Planning, And/Or Utilization Review Preferred.
