As a Clinical Liaison, you will serve as a vital link between our healthcare facilities and the community, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers and other referral sources.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and referral sources in the community.
  2. Educate healthcare providers and referral sources about the services and programs offered by Providence St. Joseph Health.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers and referral sources to identify and address patient needs.
  4. Serve as a liaison between Providence St. Joseph Health and external healthcare facilities, ensuring effective communication and coordination of care for patients.
  5. Attend networking events and conferences to promote Providence St. Joseph Health and build relationships with potential referral sources.
  6. Keep up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare policies to effectively communicate and advocate for Providence St. Joseph Health.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and clinical staff, to develop and implement strategies for increasing patient referrals.
  8. Monitor and analyze referral data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  9. Provide education and training to healthcare providers and referral sources on the services and programs offered by Providence St. Joseph Health.
  10. Maintain accurate and thorough records of all interactions and communications with healthcare providers and referral sources.
  11. Serve as a brand ambassador for Providence St. Joseph Health, promoting our mission and values in all interactions.
  12. Adhere to all relevant regulations and laws, including HIPAA, in all interactions with healthcare providers and referral sources.
  13. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improving the Clinical Liaison role and departmental processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Healthcare Providers And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Sales, Marketing, Or Business Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Goals.
