Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Have A Current And Valid Rn License In The State Where The Position Is Located.
Bsn Degree: A Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree Is Preferred For This Role. This Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Knowledge In The Field Of Nursing.
Experience In Urology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Urology Clinic Or Similar Setting. This Ensures That They Have A Solid Understanding Of Urological Conditions And Procedures.
Strong Communication Skills: As A Clinic Rn, The Candidate Will Be Working Closely With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. Therefore, Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role.
