Completion Of An Accredited Cna Training Program: Candidates For A Cna Position At Providence St. Joseph Health Must Have Completed A State-Approved Training Program And Received Certification As A Nursing Assistant.
Active Certification And Registration: Candidates Must Possess A Current And Active Cna Certification And Registration With The State In Which They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Are Up-To-Date On All Necessary Training And Have Met The Required Standards For Practice.
Knowledge Of Basic Care Procedures And Protocols: Cnas Must Have A Solid Understanding Of Basic Nursing Procedures And Protocols, Including Administering Medications, Taking Vital Signs, And Providing Personal Care To Patients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Working As A Cna At Providence St. Joseph Health Requires Frequent Interaction With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Team Members.
