- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control and safety measures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure the highest level of care.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and responsibility in completing assigned tasks and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Attend and participate in team meetings, trainings, and educational opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations of the healthcare facility.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times.
- Stay up-to-date on current healthcare practices and techniques to provide the best possible care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and observations.

Completion Of A State-Approved Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Training Program.
Current Certification And Registration As A Cna In The State Of Employment.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification.
Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Long-Term Care Facility.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Provide Compassionate Care To Patients And Their Families.
