- Provide compassionate and personalized care to pregnant women and their families throughout the journey of pregnancy and childbirth.
- Utilize expertise and knowledge in women's health to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Perform comprehensive prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care, including physical exams, screenings, and assessments.
- Monitor and manage the health and well-being of mother and baby during labor and delivery.
- Educate patients on prenatal care, nutrition, childbirth, and postpartum care.
- Administer medications and treatments as needed.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records.
- Stay current with advancements and changes in women's health and midwifery practices.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to provide holistic care to patients.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Uphold ethical and legal standards in the delivery of care.

Master's Degree In Nurse Midwifery From An Accredited University Or College.
Current Certification As A Certified Nurse Midwife (Cnm) Through The American Midwifery Certification Board (Amcb).
Minimum Of 2 Years Clinical Experience As A Certified Nurse Midwife, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.
Current Rn License And Advanced Practice Nursing License In The State Of Employment.
Bls And Nrp Certification, With Additional Certifications In Fetal Monitoring And Lactation Counseling Preferred.
