
Care Manager Registered Nurse

- Coordinate and manage the care of patients in accordance with Providence St. Joseph Health's standards and protocols.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.

Active Rn License: The First And Most Basic Qualification For A Care Manager Registered Nurse At Providence St. Joseph Health Is Holding A Valid And Current Rn License. This Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Education And Training To Provide Quality Care To Patients.
Bachelor's Degree In Nursing: A Bachelor's Degree In Nursing (Bsn) Is Preferred For This Role, As It Demonstrates A Higher Level Of Education And Knowledge In The Field Of Nursing. This Degree Also Prepares The Candidate For Leadership And Management Roles.
Prior Experience In Care Management: Providence St. Joseph Health May Prefer Candidates With Prior Experience In Care Management, As This Role Requires Strong Organizational And Leadership Skills. Previous Experience In A Similar Role Will Also Demonstrate The Candidate's Ability To Effectively Coordinate Care For Patients.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies: A Care Manager Registered Nurse Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Medicare And Medicaid Guidelines.
