  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients calling into the call center.
  2. Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring clear communication and understanding between both parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Call Center Representatives Must Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills In Order To Effectively Interact With Customers And Colleagues.
