  13. Adhere to call center metrics and goals to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the overall functioning of the call center.
  15. Provide feedback to management on common issues and trends in patient inquiries to improve overall patient satisfaction.
