  1. Develop and maintain budgets for various departments, programs, and projects within the organization.
  2. Analyze financial data and identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies to inform budget decisions.
  3. Collaborate with leadership to establish financial goals and objectives aligned with the organization's mission.
  4. Monitor budget performance and provide regular reports to leadership, identifying areas of concern and making recommendations for improvement.
  5. Conduct research and gather data to support budget proposals and strategic initiatives.

  7. Identify cost-saving opportunities and make recommendations for budget adjustments to optimize financial resources.

  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of budgeting activities and financial data.
  11. Assist with budget presentations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  12. Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate budget tracking and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
  13. Participate in budget planning and forecasting meetings to provide expertise and insights.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve budgeting processes and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
