Recruiting Specialist

We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our thriving team. You focus on strategic hiring across various markets. Provide administrative support to our Recruiting team. Schedule interviews and coordinate the full life cycle recruitment process for our candidates; including phone screens and in-office interviews, video conferences; and arrange travel/ lodging for applicants as needed. Facilitate the offer process to ensure the process is seamless and smooth for our candidates. Establish and maintain relations with other Recruiting team members across Protiviti to ensure standard methodologies and consistency, as well as encourage idea sharing and team building.
