- Document and track all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the designated system.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technical Support Or A Related Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Computer Systems, Software Applications, And Troubleshooting Techniques.
Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
Experience With Customer Service And Ability To Provide High-Quality Support And Resolve Issues In A Timely Manner.
