At ProQuest, we are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This individual will work closely with our customers to provide technical support and guidance with our range of products and services.The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background with excellent problem-solving abilities. They should be passionate about supporting customers, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.We are looking for a person with strong technical and customer service skills, an understanding of customer service best practices, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing customer demands and requirements. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding ProQuest products and services.
  2. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Utilize problem-solving abilities to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  5. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Facilitate customer onboarding, training, and product implementation.
  9. Develop and maintain technical knowledge of ProQuest products and services.
  10. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in customer service.
