
Support Desk Specialist
The Support Desk Specialist is responsible for maintaining most activities performed by the Enterprise Support team, including all problem resolution and technical support to ProQuest employees. Complete or escalate support tickets from phone queue and ticketing System. Interface with end-users to understand the software/hardware requirements for each job. Purchase, install, test, and provide ongoing support for a wide variety of software applications based on end-user needs. Purchase, install, and test a variety of hardware for laptops, desktops, and mobile devices. Perform extensive troubleshooting to ensure hardware and software compatibility with company-provided equipment.
2+ years’ related professional experience in a similar help desk role.
