- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, and reporting.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align strategies and initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of sales technology and tools.
- Develop and maintain sales metrics and KPIs to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams in driving sales excellence and meeting goals.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales operations team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior management.
- Monitor and manage the sales operations budget and expenses.
- Stay current on ProQuest products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Represent ProQuest at industry events and conferences to promote the company's offerings and build relationships with potential customers.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sales Operations Or Related Field, Preferably In The Technology Or Information Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Leadership.
