Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion, coordinating with stakeholders and team members, and managing project resources. As the Senior Project Manager, you will need to have a strong understanding of the different components of a project and must be able to lead the team in order to ensure project success.We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a software development or IT environment.• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.• Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and resources simultaneously.• Demonstrated experience in risk and issue management, scope control, and change management.• Ability to think strategically, make decisions quickly, and to lead and motivate a team.• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, and/or related tools.If you are a proactive, organized, and motivated individual with a passion for project management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project team in all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation to completion • Coordinate with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success • Allocate and manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and materials • Develop and implement project plans, including risk and issue management, scope control, and change management • Monitor progress and adjust plans accordingly • Utilize project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.) to track progress and report on project status • Create and deliver reports, presentations, and briefings to stakeholders • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget • Ensure all project deliverables are of the highest quality
