- Manage and lead the delivery of ProQuest's products and services to clients worldwide.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination between departments.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve delivery processes and customer experiences.
- Work with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the delivery management team.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals for potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, performance, and delivery metrics to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance delivery processes and increase client satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent ProQuest as a leader in the industry.
Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Senior Manager, Delivery Management Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Projects In A Fast-Paced Environment. They Should Be Well-Versed In Project Management Methodologies And Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Leadership And People Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team Of Delivery Managers And Project Managers. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Interpersonal And Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Knowledge Of Software Development Processes: The Senior Manager, Delivery Management Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, Such As Agile And Waterfall. They Should Be Able To Guide And Support Delivery Managers In Implementing These Processes Effectively.
Proven Experience In Managing Client Relationships: The Senior Manager, Delivery Management Will Be Responsible For Managing Client Relationships And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction. They Should Have Experience In Working With Diverse Clients And Managing Their Expectations While Delivering High-Quality Solutions.
