We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Director, Life Sciences & Healthcare Sales to join the ProQuest team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing sales teams and delivering sales results in a fast-paced and competitive environment.The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in healthcare and/or life sciences and a proven track record of success in a sales leadership role. The Senior Director should be a strong leader who is adept at motivating and leading a team to success. They should also have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales growth and develop and implement sales strategies for ProQuest's healthcare and life sciences products.
  2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure success.
  3. Communicate with stakeholders in healthcare and life sciences to develop new sales strategies.
  4. Create and implement plans for sales growth in the healthcare and life sciences sector.
  5. Monitor sales performance and develop strategies for improvement.
  6. Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
  7. Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and progress.
  8. Manage and mentor junior sales staff.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
