As one of the leading companies in the research industry, we are searching for a customer care professional with a passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to protecting the intellectual property of our customers.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in providing customer care and protecting intellectual property and will have an excellent understanding of the research and publishing industry. We are looking for a customer care professional with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.The Senior Customer Care Advisor - Intellectual Property will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring the protection of intellectual property, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Our ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a keen understanding of the research and publishing industry.The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience• 5+ years of customer service experience• 5+ years of experience protecting intellectual property• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• High level of attention to detail• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment• Ability to multi-task and prioritizeIf you have the qualifications listed above and a passion for providing excellent customer service, we invite you to apply to become a part of our team. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Protect customer intellectual property, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Work independently and in a team environment to provide the best customer service possible.
  6. Multi-task and prioritize tasks to ensure customer service inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  7. Remain up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer service and intellectual property.
  8. Monitor customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement.
