  1. Conduct thorough research and analysis of patent documents to accurately classify and organize them according to industry standards and client needs.
  2. Utilize advanced knowledge of patent classification systems and tools to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our classification process.
  3. Monitor and stay up-to-date with changes and updates in patent classification systems and guidelines.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any classification discrepancies or issues.
  5. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of all classified patent documents.
  6. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to patent classification.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the patent classification system and processes.
  9. Work independently to manage a high volume of patent documents and meet tight deadlines.
  10. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to ensure timely completion of all projects.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in patent classification to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Contribute to the development of training materials and provide training to new team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data security guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Library Science, Information Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Patent Classification Or Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Patent Classification Systems, Including Uspto And International Standards

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With Attention To Detail

  • Proficient In Database Management And Search Techniques, Such As Boolean Logic And Keyword Searching
