  2. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify potential candidates.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as social media, job boards, and networking, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
  4. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  5. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.
  7. Communicate effectively with candidates to build relationships and promote the company's brand.
  8. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  9. Utilize data and metrics to track sourcing performance and make data-driven decisions to improve sourcing strategies.
  10. Stay updated on the competitive landscape and market trends to inform sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
  11. Mentor and provide guidance to junior sourcers on best practices and sourcing techniques.
  12. Collaborate with the broader talent acquisition team to continuously improve and streamline the sourcing process.
  13. Participate in networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities to build a strong talent network for the organization.
  14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sourcing Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Lead Talent Acquisition Sourcer Position At Proquest Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Sourcing And Recruiting Top Talent, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
