Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Cpa Certification Or Equivalent Professional Accounting Designation.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Accounting Or Finance Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Position.
Extensive Knowledge Of Gaap And Experience With Financial Reporting And Analysis.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Accountants.
