  4. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and trainings to clients.

  7. Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.

  10. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for product upsells and expansions within assigned client accounts.
  11. Participate in the development and improvement of implementation processes and procedures.
  12. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure overall client satisfaction and retention.
